Application
This customer uses KingTop KT-KP26 scanning gun to scan barcodes or QR codes into the system along with relevant drug information for inventory management and enquiry. In addition, the PDA can be used by the delivery staff to scan the medication being delivered to the patient and sign off the information.
Challenges
During use, customers require longer battery life and the scanning data is inaccurate due to the fact that some barcodes on the user's product are small and not very clear. All of this has taken a heavy toll on efficiency and the customer experience.
Solution
KingTop technical support team deeply analyzed customer feedback and proposed corresponding solutions for each problem:
1. Provide KingTop customer with an additional replaceable battery to guarantee longer usage time;
2. Optimize the camera pixel, increase the rear camera pixel to 48mp, and improve the accuracy of small and fuzzy barcodes to make it more effective and accurate to scan problematic barcodes, QR codes, etc.
