High-tech JSC uses the KT-Z1 in police enforcement, in-vehicle and traffic enforcement applications to assist the police in activities such as criminal investigation work, road patrol and traffic management.
Application
The KT-Z1 recorder captures high-definition video and images at the scene of the incident, which are transmitted in real-time over a 5G cellular network to a remote monitoring system. This allows for better evidence collection, more efficient investigations and improved situational awareness during police operations, vehicle patrols and traffic management.
Challenges
During its use, the High-Tech JSC encountered issues such as unstable connections, abnormal data transmission from the visual scheduling platform, and battery capacity is not enough for their high load use. They also want the device to be robust and have a higher level of protection.
Solutions
To address these issues, we implemented a 5G remote real-time video surveillance system with real-time two-way communication capabilities. Personnel can connect to the recorder via WiFi or 5G and view live footage from the recorder remotely. Additionally, they are able to communicate with field personnel using real-time two-way audio.
We provide our customers with an extra battery backup for each unit so that they can meet their daily high load daily needs.
We provide demos and certificates to prove to our client that the products are IP68 rated.

Results
After implementing the new solution, High Tech JSC was able to remotely monitor events in real-time and communicate more efficiently with field personnel, resulting in faster response times and improved public safety.
The enhanced connectivity also provided greater stability and reduced latency, ensuring smooth operation of the visual dispatch platform.
The battery upgrade extends the use time up to 18 hours and the increased level of protection of the device allows the duty officer to use it even in harsh environments.
