In recent years, one tool that has seen widespread adoption across law enforcement agencies worldwide is the body-worn camera (BWC). These devices intended to bring transparency, accountability, and deterrence for misconduct, have become the spotlight for academics, lawmakers, and law enforcement agencies alike.
